Ok I made the call today. I talked to the coordinator of Yardhouse. She said we will need to be there by within 15 minutes of 5 pm. So it's a go Nerds
I told her we are just ordering from the menu.. and she said it was a 18% gratuity

Can I confirm a little later? I'm still not entirely sure of my schedule for Friday. I don't want to commit if I'm going to have to run out early.

I would ask that each of you bring cash to the dinner Friday night since there will only be 1 bill. This will make it easier for everyone(including the waitress) to just pitch in there share. hopefully this will avoid any problems.

shouldn't be a problem... if no one knows where the Yardhouse is, it is on the same street as NerdHQ. The address is 1023 4th Avenue off of Broadway. See ya all there.
