Post in here to post pictures and share stories of things happening in the San Diego area for SDCC and Nerd HQ.

NerdyCruz, welcome to the wonders of the In' N' Out burger. Did you get a shake???? When ever my eldest visited from college and got home, In 'N Out Burger was always on her list as a must-have.

Zac was outside NerdHQ for about half an hour today signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. I said a quick thanks for putting the HQ together and got a picture. He's so full of energy and optimistic about everything! What an awesome guy!

captain america in the advertising business.
where people pick up their tickets for their conversations.
tessa helping arrange the nerd hq volunteer shirts.
while people were in line picking up their tickets, zach showed up and spent time with fans.

not sure if i can post this just yet, but here is mal's lego nerd machine. it is awesomesauce.
a handful of nerd hq volunteers (the nerd army) getting trained for the xbox demos.

Seriously, thanks a million for posting your pictures.
I used to live in San Diego for 3-4 months and I never heard about Comic Con until a roommate of mine told me about it. This was back in 2009 and he had 4 friends crashing with us so they wouldn't have to book a hotel. We were perhaps 12 blocks from the convention center/gas lamp district and I was able to go on Sunday since they handed us their passes, although Sunday was quite lame since I had no expectations and no plans when I went.
I'll be going next year, I just need to get some affairs in order beforehand. The pictures were quite refreshing, I hope others do share their experience here.

i didn't take much today... i was in the registration room most of nerd hq. and only spent 10 minutes on the con floor. everything right now is from my phone. pics from my digital cam will come along after i return from home.

so im playing Kinect...and dude walks through my game! 10 mins later I'm chatting with the Microsoft rep and he is standing two feet from me. My girlfriend is so pissed I did ask him for his autograph.. im sleeping on the couch tonight. Zach if you get a chance to read this...I need your help!
anyway props to the Nerd HQ crew for setting this all up. its far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the action on 5th avenue, that I do not feel overwhelmed by people. On the downside. JJ's needs to find a few more waitresses..perhaps one of the Blackshirts (security) could be volunteered to hand out menus etc. Menu was small and seemed pricey. I hope some of money for my meal went to Operation Smile! I'm tired but will be back again tomorrow.

I really can't see those pictures .... I'm beyond happyness for all of you but I want to be there soooooo bad!!!! Not only Zac is there but also Zachary Quinto and I lot of people I really like so ...
