With the NFL season heading towards Week 7, games are becoming more crucial both in real and fantasy football. With bye weeks still giving fantasy owners headaches, some of their key players might not be available for these crucial contests. For those owners fighting the bye week blues and in need of a big win this week, here are three names you better have in your lineup.

TE Owen Daniels, Houston Texans

The Packers may have shut down the Houston tight end last week but that doesn’t change the fact Daniels has had three touchdowns in his last four games. Tight end can be one of the most frustrating positions in fantasy to fill in during a bye or find consistency over the course of a season.

Daniels seems to again be one of Matt Schaub’s favorite targets this year, with at least three catches in every game this year and two with double that amount. The Texans take on the Baltimore Ravens this week, who just gave up six receptions and 88 yards to Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten in Week 6. Daniels has a high chance of scoring if the Texans reach the red zone against Baltimore and has already proven to be a big part of the Houston passing game this year.

WR Denarius Moore, Oakland Raiders

Moore had a solid game back in Week 4 against the Broncos where he posted four catches for 71 yards and came back with an even better output off the Raiders’ bye. He had just one more reception against the undefeated Atlanta Falcons last week, but he did have over 104 yards receiving with a touchdown on the day.

Albeit that 49 of those yards were earned on one play, but that goes to show that quarterback Carson Palmer realizes Moore’s deep-play ability. This week, the Raiders face a far less intimidating opponent in the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jags’ defense is currently ranked No. 23 against the pass this year, which could spell big numbers for Palmer and Moore this week. The Raiders look to Moore when they’re trying plays down the field and Palmer has the arm to deliver the ball to him in that situation. This receiver is definitely worth starting against a weak Jacksonville defense.

RB Felix Jones, Dallas Cowboys

Jones will start over the injured DeMarco Murray for Dallas this week and he should start for his fantasy owners as well. The Cowboys former first round draft pick is easily this week’s biggest waiver wire pickup and should fare well against Carolina’s No. 23 run defense.

Ever since Jones was dethroned as the Cowboys’ starter last year by Murray, he has run with more focus when given the opportunity to do so. Last week he had 92 yards on 18 carries with a touchdown against the Ravens.

When Jones started in 2011 for Murray after his season-ending injury, he posted two straight games of 100-plus yards against both Tampa Bay and the New York Giants.

The Panthers do not boast a defense as strong as the Giants or the Ravens for that matter. Jones wants to prove his worth in Big D, that much is obvious. His fantasy owners would be wise to reap the benefits of Jones’ attempts to get back in the good graces of the Dallas coaching staff.
